Idea

Ordinary differential equations are one of the most commonly used tool in modeling dynamical processes, for example in climate science. Here on Azimuth we have been primarily interested in models using stochastic differential equations and partial differential equations for climate models.

Some aspects of the numerical solution of ODE can be found on the pages discrete approximation scheme and stiff equations.
