Barry Brook

Introduction

Barry Brook holds the Sir Hubert Wilkins Chair of Climate Change and is Director of Climate Science at The Environment Institute of the University of Adelaide. He works on climate change, computational and statistical modelling and the synergies between human impacts on Earth systems. He is very interested in nuclear power as a way to tackle the problem of global warming.

He has written three books, the most recent being a debate on the pros and cons of nuclear power, with him taking the ‘pro’ side:
